Container Plantings!
Here are a few of my personal container gardens showing my creativity, balance, and color/textual styles.
To the left is a large cement planter in a shadier spot. I used Campanula and a gold variegated Vinca minor to grow up and over the sides. Then I filled in with annual Begonias, Lamb’s Ears, and Purple Ipomea. In the back I added hieght with some Calla Lillies.
Below left is Full Moon Garden with sun loving white flowers that will “glow” under the full moon. I added interest by using plants with different foliage textures.
Below middle is a container of mixed succulents. Again I mixed up the colors and textures.
Below right I used different kinds of Coral Bells to demonstrate that you can use one kind of plant and still create interest.
